Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Lava Sauna handles cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for bookings made through www.lavasauna.nl
or our booking partners.

1. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your session for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session or no-shows are not refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If a refund cannot be issued to the original method, we may issue a credit voucher instead.

2. Rescheduling
You can reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before your session.
Changes after that time may not be possible, depending on availability.

3. Event Changes or Closures
If a session is cancelled or interrupted by maintenance, weather, or other factors, we will:
Offer to rebook your session, or
Issue a full refund, at your choice.

4. Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and prepaid vouchers are non-refundable but remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
They can be transferred to another person at no charge.

5. Booking Errors
If you made an error during booking (wrong date, time, or quantity), contact us immediately at lavasauna.nl@gmail.com

6. Group or Private Bookings
Special refund terms may apply for private hires or group sessions. These are confirmed individually during booking.
